Thanks to ChestTalk for pointing me in the right direction....Cindy Milley is an 18 year old Belgium model with a staggering 30H - 23 - 34 measurements. I think you'll be hearing and seeing a LOT more of Cindy in the future. Hopefully, DDFBusty or Score will get her in front of the camera - she needs to be seen.
